Managed Services Plans for Business

Smart IT. Flexible Support. Built Around You.

Upgrade your systems, strengthen your security, and streamline how your team works – all with a managed IT plan tailored to your business needs.

We help you uncover vulnerabilities, boost your defences, and reduce IT friction so your team can focus on what matters.

All our clients get access to fast, human support – no call centres, no drawn-out escalations, just real help from a team that knows your setup. And with a security-first approach built into every plan, your business stays protected where it matters most.

Simple, clear process — no surprises

Step 1:
Discover & Plan

We believe in full transparency. Any work outside your chosen plan is clearly itemised, letting you budget confidently and avoid unwelcome hidden costs.

Step 2:
Choose Your Plan

Select from three service tiers, each offering a unique blend of coverage, protection, and support that matches your goals, budget, and comfort with risk.

Step 3:
Know Your Costs

We begin with a full IT audit to evaluate your systems, risk profile, and business needs. You’ll receive a costed roadmap and an IT strategy built for you.

Step 1: Infrastructure Audit & IT Strategy

We don’t guess. We don’t assume. We audit.

Before recommending any service plan, we carry out a hands-on audit to understand how your business operates, where the risks are, and what level of IT support will actually make a difference. This isn’t a generic checklist — it’s the foundation of a tailored IT strategy.

Think of it as a personalised IT roadmap. During the audit, we assess:

  • Current IT practices
  • Number of users and devices
  • Office or remote setup
  • Data access, storage, and complexity

Based on what we find, we’ll recommend one of three audit levels:

  • Basic Audit – For small teams (up to 10 users) with a simple, single-site setup
  • Typical Audit – For growing businesses (10–50 users) with moderate complexity
  • Complex Audit – For larger or multi-site organisations (50+ users) with layered systems and data environments

Once the audit is complete, we’ll walk you through the results — either in person or over a call — and map out a clear plan for what needs to happen next. Every audit is tailored, and pricing depends on your setup. Reach out to discuss what’s right for your organisation.

Step 2: Choose Your Managed Services Plan

Support that matches your risk, needs, and pace of growth.

Every business is different – we offer three support plans, each designed to meet a different level of risk tolerance, complexity, and hands-on support.

Designed for small teams or businesses with minimal IT demands, the Flex Plan ensures your core IT functions are maintained – with the flexibility of pay-as-you-go support.

What’s included:

  • Management App & Client Portal – Log support calls, view your account dashboard, and access your IT asset/device inventory anytime.
  • Automated OS & Patch Updates – Keeps devices secure and up to date without user intervention.
  • 24/7/365 Monitoring – Constant checks for system issues or failures.
  • Enhanced Antivirus (EDR) – Detects and responds to modern threats in real time.
  • Email Filtering – Reduces spam and blocks malicious messages.
  • Microsoft 365 Cyber Essentials & CIS Benchmarking – Baseline security configuration aligned with CIS benchmarks, plus regular reports on your Microsoft 365 security posture.
  • IT Documentation – We maintain a clear, accurate record of your IT environment.
  • Management Reporting & Executive Summary – Monthly report on the health and performance of your systems.

How support works:

  • Pay-as-you-go support with the option to purchase prepaid support hours for better budgeting.
  • Ideal as a cost-effective entry point for businesses starting their IT journey.

The Standard Plan includes everything in Flex — plus faster response times, more proactive management, and unlimited remote support.

What’s added:

  • Priority Response – Faster SLAs compared to Flex clients.
  • Unlimited Remote Support – No extra costs for remote assistance.
  • Managed Password Manager – Securely store and share credentials with your team.
  • Vulnerability Scanning – Ongoing scans to identify and remediate risks.
  • Security Awareness Training – Educate staff to spot phishing and avoid common cyber traps.
  • IT Reviews – Strategic check-ins to align your IT with business goals.

Why choose Standard:

Perfect for growing businesses that want dependable IT support without unpredictable costs, with stronger security and a more structured IT approach.

Think of it as the Goldilocks plan — just right for most organisations.

The Premium Plan is built for high-dependency environments and zero IT surprises. It includes everything in Standard — plus onsite support and a full suite of advanced cybersecurity and continuity measures.

What’s added:

  • Onsite Support – No hourly billing or travel costs.
  • Advanced Cybersecurity Suite – A bundled package of premium tools including web security & filtering, Microsoft 365 backups, and other proactive protection measures to keep your systems resilient.
  • Enhanced Cyber Essentials Compliance – Goes beyond the baseline with active threat detection, in-depth vulnerability scanning, and continuous monitoring to meet strict compliance and best-practice standards.
  • Standardised Security Policies – Applied across all devices and systems for consistent protection.
  • Up to 4 MAC Requests per Year Included – Moves, Adds & Changes at no cost (additional requests billed separately).

Why choose Premium:

Ideal for businesses that cannot afford downtime, must remain compliant, and need IT to “just work” — securely, seamlessly, and without question.

Step 3: Deliver & Improve

Once you’re onboarded, we manage your IT environment proactively — applying updates, monitoring security, resolving issues fast, and reviewing performance regularly.

We keep communication simple and human, with no call centres and no guesswork. As your needs evolve, we adjust your plan and technology roadmap to keep you protected and productive.

We don’t just keep the lights on — we work alongside your team to ensure they get the most out of your IT investment. That means helping your users get comfortable and confident with Microsoft 365, identifying opportunities for workflow automation, and integrating tools in ways that save time, reduce frustration, and make everyday work simpler. The result? Happier, more productive teams and better business outcomes.

What’s Not Included in Your Plan

We aim to keep things simple and transparent — no confusing extras or surprise invoices. While your chosen plan includes a wide range of support and protection, there are a few items that fall outside monthly service.

💻 New Hardware
All new devices — such as laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment — are billed separately, regardless of plan.

🗂 Software & Licences
Microsoft 365 licences, specialised software, and additional subscription services are billed separately.

🔄 Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC)
Requests like adding or removing users, changing devices, or reconfiguring setups are:

  • Flex & Standard Plans – billed separately.
  • Premium Plan – included, up to 4 per year at no cost. Additional requests may be billed separately.

🛠️ Project Work
Larger, one-time projects — such as system migrations, new office setups, or major infrastructure changes — are always scoped and quoted separately.

🌐 Optional Add-On Services
Some advanced services are offered as optional add-ons, such as SASE hosted firewalls, password managers, or advanced security platforms. These are quoted and billed separately from your monthly plan.

In Short:

  • Flex Plan – Pay-as-you-go support for essential IT needs. Response times may vary depending on demand, with priority given to Standard and Premium clients. All MAC requests and onsite support are billed separately.
  • Standard Plan – Most things are covered, with faster response times and predictable monthly costs. MAC requests and onsite support are billed separately.
  • Premium Plan – Includes everything in Standard plus onsite support, enhanced cybersecurity tools like web security and filtering, Microsoft 365 backups, along with other proactive protection measures. Includes up to 4 Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) per year.

New hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment) and software/licences (e.g., Microsoft 365, specialised software) are always billed separately, no matter which plan you choose.

We believe in being upfront and transparent about pricing. Plans can be customised to suit your business based on the findings of your IT audit, strategic priorities, and technology roadmap. While some scenarios may require additional fees, we’ll always discuss them in detail and find the best fit for your budget.
